7.3 Cancelled Bets & Refunds

If an event covered by Win44 is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event will be fully refunded. Events postponed to dates within the same 30-day window remain valid. For postponements beyond 30 days, refunds are processed automatically. For accumulator bets containing a cancelled selection, that selection is removed and the odds are recalculated.

7.4 Void Bets

Win44 may void a bet and issue a refund in the following situations: obvious typographical errors in the odds, system failures that generated incorrect pricing, bets placed after the official start of the event (for pre-match bets), and force majeure events that prevent the event from taking place.

10Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Account Closure by the Player

Before the account is permanently closed, all available real-money balances (excluding bonuses with incomplete rollover) will be paid out via Pix. The remaining balance will be processed within up to 5 business days of the request.

10.2 Closure by Win44

Win44's total maximum liability to any user, for any reason, is limited to the balance available in that user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

14Changes to These Terms

Win44 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. After changes are communicated, continued use of the Win44 platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 15Governing Law & Jurisdiction
